Toby's Pest Control Pricing
A pest control company with published pricing? That’s right, Toby’s Pest Control is holding itself accountable where other pest control companies aren’t. Other companies in Etown will increase their prices in busy season or even after a service is completed. However, we believe in integrity and fairness, that’s why we are transparent with our services and pricing.
Note: The following prices are assuming normal living conditions, infestation severity, and no add on services. Toby’s Pest Control technicians and office staff may adjust the listed prices. All pest control services are guaranteed for 45 days unless otherwise specified.
General Pest Control
This is our most popular service. A general pest control service will cover pests such as ants, spiders, mice, crickets, lady bugs, wasps, bees, earwigs, centipedes, beetles, hornets, silverfish, stink bugs, and all other general bugs. A general pest control service is a very thorough service. Our technicians will be treating inside, outside, and inside the crawlspace of you home with multiple chemicals and products. These pests can usually be eliminated with one service. In most cases, if the problem is not eliminated we will come back for free (within the 45 day window). We price this service based on square footage of your home.
Specialized Pest Control
Our specialized pest control services require a little extra work than our general pest control services. These pests require more time, special chemicals, and multiple visits to eliminate. These pests include species such as Brown Recluse Spiders, German Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, Fleas, and nuisance Wildlife trapping. We price these treatments based on square footage of the residence. Then, in most cases, we require one follow-up service to completely control the problem. We recommend getting the follow-up treatment three to four weeks after the initial. The follow-up pricing for each service is the same no matter what size of the home.
Termite Treatments
Our termite treatments are our most expensive services, but they are definitely worth every penny. We price termite treatments based on the linear footage of the outside perimeter of the home. Our termite treatment prices based on the type of structure. Termite treatments can become quite pricey for a few reasons. The chemicals we use are the most expensive of all the insecticide chemicals in the industry. In Addition, the treatment uses at least 100 gallons of solution that our technicians inject into the soil with specialized equipment. The service will take two technicians multiple hours to complete. However, we are so confident in our termite treatments that we guarantee the service for up to 20 years, as long as you get your home inspected annually.

Mosquito Sprays
Mosquitoes are the most annoying insect to deal with, but keeping them out of your yard doesn’t have to be expensive. We price mosquitoes bases on the size of your yard. We don’t have official square footage sizes because most people don’t know the size of their yard! We use the good ole small, medium, and large system. We will give you a rough estimate over the phone then have a technician officialize it on the first visit. Our mosquito service starts in April and goes through September. We will treat your yard automatically once every three weeks. This frequency will ensure complete coverage all season long.
